Categories that the qsi covers include quality/care of the residence, cleanliness, state of external and internal condition of residence, quality and condition of furnishings, stock of required amenities and overall impression of the property and its delivery. It's our goal to be able to establish a fair and objective review standard that we can share with property managers that allow us to share a common set of scoring principals to rate and evaluate properties.While there will always be subjective measures, it is our hope that we can always maintain a collection of four to five-star properties that fit within our approved portfolio meet and exceed this minimum standard.
