This villa is situated on Island Mljet, Croatia’s Greenest Island with lush Mediterranean vegetation, a crystal clear sea, a gentle, sandy shoreline, and a wealth of underwater sea life. It is also the largest island of the Dubrovnik Archipelago and offers pure escapism –both physical and mental – from the real world.

When designing the villa, care was taken that the building forms a harmonious architectural and design unit that will fit into the environment. The villa is built in such a way as not to endanger the existing condition of the terrain. The green roof is integrated into the existing environment. The facade of the building is lined with stone with an emphasis on the Dalmatian verse with the intention of greening the stone vaults which will provide a function of pleasant and sought shade in the hot summer months.
